We are continuously seeking to satisfy our customers’ needs by providing affordable books of adequate quality and giving satisfactory service and reliable deliveries.

Based on input from our customers and other sources our books are constantly being revised and improved to reflect the development in the shipping industry and the methods for education and training.

Upon receiving 30% down payment of confirmed orders, all available books will be shipped within two (2) working days and information given as to when any lacking books will be sent.  Orders amounting to PHP 30,000 or more are shipped free of charge within the Philippines.

Any unsatisfactory deliveries should be reported to us within five (5) days after being received, stating the reasons for complaint and suggested actions.  Our response to a claim shall normally be given within two (2) working days.
